Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (or 1 TBSP minced garlic)
  • 1/2 tsp spicy or flavorful oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the corn starch in water.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Stir Fry the vegetables and meats of your choice in a bit of oil in a Wok until slightly tender. 
  • Add the sauce.  Bring to a boil until thickened.
  • Spoon on top of your favorite rice.
