Ingredients

soy sauce

ginger

garlic clove, minced
(or 1 TBSP minced garlic)
1/2
tsp
spicy or flavorful oil

tsp
cornstarch

tbsp
water
Instructions
Dissolve the corn starch in water.
Combine all ingredients.
Stir Fry the vegetables and meats of your choice in a bit of oil in a Wok until slightly tender.
Add the sauce. Bring to a boil until thickened.
Spoon on top of your favorite rice.
